We are based in New York City. The sessions are done at Annie Donovan's apartment in Brooklyn Heights. While we wish we could travel to you, this style of portrait requires specific lighting and a plain background so we currently only shoot at our location.
Given the high contrast style and black and white nature of the photos, we generally recommend a plain white or black top.
We allow you to cancel your session free of charge up until 24 hours before. After 24 hours we do not refund the 50% deposit. While we don't offer refunds for photos after they've been taken, if you're unhappy with the photos you receive, please reach out and we can discuss options for a reshoot.
Our focus is on individual portraits, so we do not commit to shooting siblings together. If you book sessions for multiple children, we'll happily take a few snaps at the end of both kids, but this is not the focus of our work.
We strive to have the edited images back to you within 3 weeks of the shoot! If you need them sooner, we offer a rush order fee of $150 to turn them around in 7 days.
